No win - No fee lawyer in Italy I lived in Italy for quite a number of years now and have never come accross anyone that offers free legal advise or services. im original from the Uk and there are lots of legal companies that will take on your case (if they feel they can win) on a no win no fee basis. Here in Italy, they seem to charge you if you win or loose which to me seems that the lawyers dont put 100% into the job. Im i wrong? Can anyone suggest a no win, no fee type service in Italy.
Re: No win - No fee lawyer in Italy In the United States, they are called pro bono cases, and some do them, but it certainly isn't as easy as you are making it sound for the U.K. Law students are sometimes the way to go.
TBH, I don't think you will find such a system in Italy. Italian Lawyers want paying if they win or lose.
